Park Street Youth Ministry (PSYM) exists to make disciples of the next generation and help them own their faith as they step into adulthood. Wednesday nights are an opportunity for students to grow together in their relationship with Jesus with an emphasis on community and discipleship. FBC will be hosting the first of several classes on caring for seniors from a Christian perspective Thursday, September 10, from 1-3PM at FBC.
We will discuss lessons learned from their personal experiences, with additional information from Tracey Young with her social work experience.
This class is designed for seniors and families, especially those with elder loved ones, providing an overview including early planning for caregiving, hospital and nursing facilities, at home care, getting through the crisis and post-crisis actions.
